Project Work
Need help hiring that right person, reducing expenses or collecting past due accounts? I am able to quickly assist you with those high priority projects that you lack the time or necessary skills to manage. I can also provide you with training so that you can manage these tasks on your own in the future.
Rates
Depending on your needs, I offer hourly or flat rate options. Initial in-person consultations are complimentary and my rates are negotiable depending on the complexity of the project, length of service and whether or not it can be completed from my office or yours. I keep detailed logs of the time spent on your account, track time in 15 minute increments and round up in-between them. Invoices are emailed monthly and include detailed time and expense logs. All invoices are due upon receipt. I will provide a written estimate for services after the initial consultation and work will begin upon execution of my consulting agreement and payment of a 25% retainer.
